MZ Decision Packs and the MZ Newsletter are structural reference publications intended for professional reference use. They do not constitute tax, legal, accounting, or advisory services.
No client-specific analysis, recommendation, or individualized support is included.
Each purchase grants a non-transferable reference license for a single designated user.
Content may not be redistributed, resold, or reproduced in client deliverables, courses, or publications without written permission. Team-wide or firm-wide sharing requires a separate license. For licensing inquiries, see the contact page.
The license granted is limited to professional reference use by the licensed user. No rights beyond those expressly stated are granted.
Packs are delivered as downloadable reference publications through a secure digital delivery method.
Access is considered delivered once the download link is made available. Access may be delivered via on-screen confirmation, email, or account page link, depending on the platform.
No refunds are available once access to the publication has been provided. This applies whether or not the publication is downloaded, opened, or read.
If a technical error prevents access, MZ will provide replacement access.
Packs are reference publications built from structural issues observed across recurring cross-border cases.
If underlying rules materially change, revised editions may be released.
Revisions, where issued, may be announced through MZ channels. Updated editions are separate publications and are not automatically included in prior purchases.
Purchase or subscription does not create an advisory, consulting, or professional relationship.
Use of the material depends on the reader's own professional judgment.
MZ materials are prepared with care but may not reflect current law in every jurisdiction, period, or factual situation.
Readers are responsible for verifying current rules before applying any framework.
Payments are processed exclusively through Lemon Squeezy.
MZ does not accept payment via email requests, messaging apps, or private arrangements.

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.) unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law in the reader's jurisdiction.
All content in MZ Decision Packs and the MZ Newsletter — including structural frameworks, analytical methodology, signal architecture, scenario analyses, written text, and visual layout — is the intellectual property of MZ Insights and is protected under applicable copyright law.
Purchase or subscription does not transfer any ownership interest. The reader acquires a limited reference license only. The license is limited to the licensed user. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by MZ Insights.
The following uses are expressly prohibited without prior written permission from MZ Insights:
Redistribution and reproduction. Forwarding, sharing, uploading, or distributing MZ content to any third party, whether for commercial purposes or otherwise.
Derivative works. Adapting, excerpting, translating, or incorporating MZ content into client-facing deliverables, training materials, publications, or courses.
AI and automated extraction. Using MZ content — in whole or in part — for model training, systematic reproduction, or automated extraction into any knowledge system or database.
Knowledge base embedding. Incorporating MZ content into internal SOP documentation, firm knowledge bases, intranet systems, or any repository accessible to more than one individual without a firm-wide license.
Resale. Selling, sublicensing, or otherwise commercially exploiting access to MZ content.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, including questions of validity, interpretation, or breach, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Taiwan (R.O.C.).
The parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before initiating formal proceedings.
