MZ Decision Packs & Newsletter

MZ Decision Packs and the MZ Newsletter are digital reference publications. Access is provided digitally following purchase or subscription. Because access begins upon delivery or activation, refund eligibility is necessarily limited.
No refunds are available once access to the publication has been provided. This applies whether or not the publication has been downloaded, opened, or read.
Where a technical error prevents access, MZ will provide replacement or restored access.
The MZ Newsletter is provided through annual access to the Newsletter Library. Once access to the Newsletter Library has been provided, the subscription is non-refundable for the remainder of the access term.
Access does not renew automatically. A new subscription is required at the end of each access term.
If you experience a technical problem accessing a Pack or a newsletter issue, contact contact@mzinsights.net. MZ will work to restore or replace access.
Technical delivery failures or duplicate purchases may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refund and access requests should be submitted to contact@mzinsights.net, with the subject line [Refund Request] and the order reference number.
Requests are acknowledged within 5 business days.
Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, the payment processor of record, and typically appear on the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
Where a purchase appears unauthorized, or where access has not been received as expected, please raise the matter through the contact channel above before initiating a chargeback. Most access and delivery questions can be resolved directly.
This policy governs refunds only. It does not constitute a service guarantee, a representation as to the suitability of materials for any particular purpose, or an advisory relationship.
